Good Afternoon... [ or morning ]
S o . . i am on two weeks holiday from work and my goal is to lose 6kg in the next fourteen days, which is about 13 and a half pounds. Which means i have to lose about .9lbs/.4kg a day.. doable right?
I am currently 62.9kg/138.4lbs and im not comfertable at that weight im mean as a fat weight to me this makes me feel obese, after i lose 6kg then i will be at my comfetable weight and then i have another 7/8kg to get to my goal weight all needs to be done before december first so i have 36days to do it. And if i keep losing at .4kg a day i will make it easy. btw my goal weight is 49/50kg which is 107.8/110lbs.
No more comfort eating and no more avoiding exercise i need to do this for me.
I need ideas on how to create the perfect plan so untill i come up with something im just going to only eat ww dinners, snack only on apples and only drink water, black tea and coke zero.

ps. as for my detox turns out the syrup stuff doesnt quite agree with me because i have a slight allergy to it lol.
